Kenya safari thoughts
I went for a Safari in Africa package and it was a solid experience. The booking was simple enough online, and the itinerary was clear. Delivery of documents was prompt. The safari itself was amazing, saw so many animals. My only small complaint is that the Noleggio Auto in Vacanza option wasn't as clearly presented for post-safari exploration as I'd hoped. I ended up arranging something separately. Customer service was helpful when I called, but it would be better if those add-ons were more prominent during booking. Good value for what I paid though.
Reliable for family trips
This is my third time booking with Veratour, and they're always consistent. This time we did a Resort per Famiglie in the Canarie. Just like the previous trips, everything was organized, the transfers were smooth, and the kids had a blast. It's why I keep coming back.
Good trip to Greece
Booked a Vacanze Grecia package for last summer, and it was pretty chill. Everything was taken care of, from the flights to the hotel. No dramas, which is always nice. The food at the resort was decent, and the beach was lovely. Would probably use them again.
Maldive honeymoon package
We booked a Viaggi di Nozze package to the Maldive, and it was mostly great. The initial online booking process was straightforward, though I had a small question about the Assicurazione Viaggio VeraAssistance that took a day to get a clear answer via email. Once that was sorted, the documents came quickly. Our VeraHotel was beautiful, and the all-inclusive was solid, with plenty of food and drink options. Transfers were handled well, and we even got a small complimentary upgrade, which was a nice touch. The only minor hiccup was a slight delay with our outbound flight, but that wasn't Veratour's fault directly. Overall, a memorable trip and I felt well supported.
